Maybe not in AU but we have a merry band of 164 owners in USA.

In Australia we have the 166 which was never sold in the USA .
It is basically an updated 164 and in my opinion having owned both it is a superior car. It is at the moment a bargain buy.
The facelift version is the one to look for especially the TI.
Link below is a Top Gear review .
I do not agree with them that you are not a true motoring enthusiast until you have owned an Alfa Romeo, you must have owned at least two to qualify .

Gone: 1970 GTV 1750 S2, 1990 164, 1991 75TS, 2000 2.0 GTV 1x 1965 Giulia Sprint GT
Current: 2006 166 V6, 1 x 1965 Giulia Sprint GT

NZ only got auto 166s so they never really never took off.

164s are just starting to go up in price:

but mostly they are at rock bottom.

Anything that survives the next few years will start going up properly.

No, never seen a Q4 in NZ. I've heard that one was here but sold into the US. I'd love to import that one on ebay atm ...

(I currently have a 92 QV, 91 Base and 90 Auto the last being off the road - it's my AROCNZ Gymkhana support vehicle! and my son is driving a nice 90 Base with a number of upgrades.)
