AlfaCalifornia Convention

Who is going to the convention? I am signed up for the concorso with my Spider. I will be going to Pisom Beach on Sunday July 7th to pickup my friend Alan LaSalle and then up to the convention on Monday the 8th. Hope to see all that are going there.

Some of us are leaving Sunday morning, heading for Carmel Valley via 5 to 46 to 101. Lunch at Margies in Paso Robles. One car will meet us for lunch and the rest of the drive via 101. Then Monday morning to Sonoma.
I think Norm is driving straight up on Monday.
Anybody else???

Hi Paul:

We'll probably split our drive up between Sunday and Monday. Where in Carmel Valley are you staying? We had looked into a place we know between Paso Robles and King City, but they aren't answering their phones (dang that caller id!) Salinas is another possibility.

FYI There are also motels a bit to the North of Salinas in both Gilroy and Morgan Hill along 101.

1/2 way to Sonoma

A bunch of us are in Carmel Valley. Nice dinner, bbq at our motel, several bottles of wine later. Have solved several of the worlds problems tonight, thank you zinfendel.
Breakfast with other Alfisti Mon morning. Met a new Alfa Owner here in Carmel Valley Village, red 88 spider. She knew of ARA and Delta Sierra, but did not have time availablefor Convention.
On to Sonoma.
