Question S3 Short Block or Bare Block Needed

Hey everyone,
My '87 that had the #2 main cap loosen up looks like it will take a bit of work to get back to running order. I think the cap, when it wasn't tight may have warped just enough that I need to have the block reemed/line bored, then I need to have the crank mains ground. Either this, or if someone had a good block for cheap, it will save me the machining costs, although I don't know what that will cost yet either. Or, possibly is someone has a good short block, I might just put my good head and the rest of my stuff on it. I'm asking on here since I'd rather not have to deal with shipping stuff. Let me know if you have something or any leads.
