Thumbs up Today's AROC CT Breakfast/Flea Market Run

To those who organized today's outing, Rudy, Gina, et al, thanks for the enjoyable time with meeting for breakfast at the Laurel Diner and the spirited drive via the "scenic route" to the New Milford flea market led by "my Alfa's in the shop, I hope you can keep up with my Toyota" Rudy and Tobey.

Impressive Guilietta Bob C., would love to see pictures of the "before" sometime, and Rick and Laura, who came from Lyme with their '67 Duetto, nice to have met you all.

I'm told the next event/meet is August 19th for a "lap" around the Thimble Islands (in a boat..duh!) off the coast of Branford.

As time goes on I'd hope to see more of the alfisti from the BB here.

Sorry I couldn't make this event (not least because of the corned beef hash), but we've been waiting for the right conditions for our yearly brush burn, and that turned out to be Sunday.

Greetings from Omaha, Nebraska, the Center of the Country (only Waterbury is the Center of the Universe)
Hello John, I'm glad you could make it to the Hash and Flea Run. I could have driven faster, but I had to make sure that Giulietta in the back didn't fall too far behind. Besides my car has a built-in governor that Alfas don't have: "Slow down on the corners. Stop showing off. Take it easy! You're not racing now."
The coffee table looks great and my daughter loved the book.My grand-daughter will not be coloring in it.
Looking forward to a good crowd for the Thimble Thing. Gina's gotten some commitments already. Hope to see you there.
And I hope to see others there too. I'll post particulars as soon as I get back home.

Excuses, excuses, excuses Rudy! LOL

Look forward to seeing you and special option "built-in govenror" at other events.

If I had that "option" I'd at least have tried for one with a "silencer" feature!
