82 Alfa GTV6 Drive Shaft Cross Member

I was wondering if anyone has changed the driveshaft cross member from the permanently mounted one that I think the 81-82 GTV6's have to the newer style that you can unbolt. I am thinking that it is such a hassle to deal with taking out the drive shaft according to the instruction that Mike gave us on the GTV6 forum. Just thinking a head and wanting to make my Alfa easier to service. If someone could share with me a picture of how the new one looks I would appreciate it. I know the Miliano's have the removable cross member and hope to convert if it is not too much trouble and most importantly does not effect the chasis structure.

Thanks for any assistance.

Sorry, no pics, but the removable cross member is a nice upgrade. The removable upgrade was made to the '86 model year cars. But is found on the late '85's too.
