Sprint or Sprint Speciale Racer?

Now that Iíve fully caught the Alfa bug, my tastes have started to shift somewhat - namely, given the quality of the interiors of these cars, I much prefer examples that have been stripped down and converted to rally cars or racers of some sort.

So, Iím contemplating the next purchase - Iím looking at both a Sprint Rally and a Sprint Speciale Racer. Both are roughly the same cost.

That said, Iím on the fence about the Speciale. Is that body styling less suited to being a racer? Less classic? Will I get tired of it? All things Iím thinking about.

The Giulietta Sprint is just classic. Not to mention the SZ which I always lust over and seems to outshine the SS. But I digress.

Guide me?

I would recommend buying a 1972-74 GTV because they are much less expensive than a Sprint or SS and have many performance parts that are easy to buy. I have restored two Sprint Veloce and one SS cars and they are expensive and not easy to make into a rally car.
