Hi BB'ers.

It's Christmas eve here in Australia.
so wishing you all a Fantastic Christmas and hope Santa Leaves some nice Alfa Related Prezzies.

It would be interesting to see other countries post on this thread and see how many countries this reaches out.

1987 75 3 litre (red). My first 75 and now my son's.
2000 156 2 litre Twin Spark, ( Cosmos Blu metallic), my daughter's car.
2000 156 Monza Twin Spark, (Cosmos Blue metallic), sonís girlfiendís car.
1999 GTV 3 litre 24 valve V6, metallic black, (sonís new car).

1988 Range Rover Classic Highline 3.9 V8

1989 75 3 litre, written off by runaway van.
1990 75 3 litre Potenziata (black), now sold & living in Newcastle NSW.

Funny that on an Oz surfboard/surfing board, they are having a, lot of fun calling us Amerikes "seppos". Those seppos saved the world in 1945. I resigned from it. But have a great New Year!

It is a derivative from the Aussie rhyming slang that goes Yanks - septic tanks. It is used fondly and arose during WW2 as far as I know when we were fighting alongside your guys.

For sure. I'd take it as them having a friendly dig at people they see as mates. Understand that it may not come across that way. Speaking as an Aussie living in the US.
