Curmudgeon, not a misanthrope

I've been called many things over the years-usually unflattering generic terms, and not without reason. Now, however, I've come to the realization that I'm a curmudgeon. A misanthrope dislikes everyone, and there are none on the BB. Curmudgeons, on the other hand, abound and I am one.
Some things that make me feel curmudgeonly (may not even be a word, but if Sarah can make 'em up, so can I):

Thread after thread on tire sizes, some running almost consecutively.

Guys who literally post for years asking for pictures, etc. on cars in the For Sale section without ever owning or buying an Alfa.

Absolute misinformation on many subjects posted by people with no clue.

There are many more, and I realize that being a curmudgeon is my problem, and I wish I could afford therapy!

I hate people. I guess that makes me a curmudgeon.

YOU GUYS ARE KILLING ME!
Plus, I feel better, knowing that "curmudgeonly" is a real word after all.

Sounds like my ex-mother-in-law (ex, so now I can talk about her!). And it was so fun to push her buttons. I remember sitting with my ex-wife and her, watching some politician ranting about this and that, one being that he was in favor of a woman's right to choose. I said, "I don't know why women are so up in arms about the right to choose when they can't make up their minds anyway." Oooooh, did I get a look. She had been a member of CORE in the '60s, and at times would rant on intolerant people, so one time I asked her, if she is prejudiced against bigots, didn't that make her a bigot, too? Oh, boy. Curmudgeons are so much fun. They're like a toy with a pull string, just yank their chain a little and it gets them going. I think she's glad I'm no longer family.

It's been a couple of years and my affliction has endured...

Threads on best sounding exhaust-my Milano sounds sorta funky at idle. Not so much over 3500 RPM. Same with the GTV, 164, and GTV6. Guys that debate this sort of thing on the internet have chronic wedgies.

There's a thread about minor issues with one of the better small parts vendors. If I severed ties with a supplier at the first screwup, I'd have been walking years ago.

I fear that I'm edging toward misanthropy as I get older. That's an easier word to spell so it's good.

Have you ever researched into the Army experiment that was conducted in Boonville? Are your neighbors suffering from similar symptoms? Have you noticed any skin discoloration, graying and thinning of hair? Has your doctor recommended you for a colonoscopy.
