S4 Spider suction side AC hose

For a S4 Spider with Sanden compressor--- I need the big suction side hose that runs through the firewall from the evaporator, and to the AC compressor suction port. It has a charge coupler brazed into it. Please PM with price if you have one available. Thanks.

Do you have an old hose? If so, take it to a place that makes hydraulic hoses. They can cut the crimps and re-use the fittings. I did this with our S3 Spider's A/C - I ended up with good quality hoses with the correct fittings.

If you don't have a hose to cannibalize, then, sorry, I can't help you.

That's my Plan B, Eric. Got to get the knee pad off that side in the interior so I can get to the other end of the hose, though. Thanks.

You can get the hose to the compressor off without removing the knee pad. You need to jam your head in the footwell a bit but I've done it.

Yes, Dom, that's the one. Thanks!

Tom, that's encouraging about getting that hose off the evaporator port without tearing out half the interior. Especially to a guy that's not as flexible as he used to be!

Thanks fellows. I'll probably rip into it later today. I really want to have A/C for the trip to Pittsburgh and the AROC convention.
