Milano / 75 Race parts

I am going to be selling some parts from my 24 Hours of LeMons Milano in the next few weeks if anyone is interested. I am planning on building a new GTV6 up as an endurance racer (Anyone have a Chassis for sale?) and will be transferring most parts to the new car from my Milano.

So I'll be selling

Pending Sold (2) Griffin Aluminum radiators modified to bolt in to Milanos. One is brand new. Both have bungs for temp senders and drains etc.

30mm Torsion bars for a Milano or a late model GTV6

Ugly but perfectly working Bilstein shock absorbers

Koni Yellows for transaxle cars.

A fire charger brand fire system.

A lot of Hankook RS4 race tires 225 /45 /16 (Used)

Rear drive shaft sections, straight & balanced.

Various other bits from the car as well

If your interested drop me a line, otherwise I'll be posting here.

Interested in a front right passenger side head light with a clear (not foggy) lens for my 1987 Milano 2.5 liter car if one is for sale or trade.

Greg,
I'd like to take the new radiator if not already spoken for. My contact info should be in the PM I sent previously, if not let me know and I'll resend.

The radiators are sold already. Torsions bars are spoken for when they come off the car.

I am basically using all the suspension parts and driveline parts in my new build but if you need something I might have PM me.

I apologize for the delay but its cold outside! The used radiator is out of the car and the new one is out of the trailer. I believe they are both sold but its not final yet. I will post the part number and how they were modified to fit into the Milano and use the stock hoses. It was a lot of work though.

I switched to these because the stock radiators could not reliably shed the heat that a slightly modified 2.5 liter motor made when being thrashed in long endurance races. Even with a running fan the motors would get to hot.

Also: The radiator are a bit taller than the stock ones so the top mount doesn't really work. There are (2) 6mm bosses to bolt a strap to the attached to a rivnut we put in the front radiator support. See picture.

Radiator is a Griffin 1-25202-X. ($177) There was a lot of TIG welding to make it the way I wanted it. I resized and moved the lower hose nipple, closed off the cap, added (2) NPT bungs, added mounts for the stock Alfa fan, and added the lower mounts.

Need to move radiators

The buyers of the radiators seem to have lost interest. So I am putting them up again.

I'll toss in a free set of upper and lower radiator hoses with the new one. This is a great deal considering the current price of a new stock radiator is $329. I have hours of work in these radiators TIG welding and fabbing new outlets etc. The stock fan bolts up, they use stock hoses. The fan switch to use is a summit part# SUM-890017 ($29) which already has a bung installed. The only issue you need to sort is the top mount because this setup is a little more than an inch higher. I used 2 straps as in the pictures above.

$180 for the new unused one (with hoses)

$90 for the used one (has some dings etc - no leaks)

$20 for a working fan

Shipping by UPS - you pay the actual cost.

Greg

Hi Greg, I suspect a glitch with the PM workings here since I never heard from you regarding the freight cost to ship a radiator to 01860. I'm still interested in the new radiator.
Want to try me at [email protected] ?
