Alfa Romeo Technical Dictionary -English/Italian 9/1965

I came across this Alfa original English to Italian AND Italian to English Technical Dictionary.
It is dated 9/1965 and is Pub. No. 1100
It has 317 pages and is 29.5 X 21 X 1.4 cm

I have never seen this anywhere before, and can not find any other information about it. I am wondering how rare it is.

It is extremely cool and I have no interest in selling it.

Is it something worth making copies of?

I am sure that I am not the only person here that has had issues translating technical words from Italian to English. Google translate is good and all. but these types of words don't seem to be in their dictionary.

Thoughts?

Thanks, Scott

You might contact AROC and see if they have this in their publications library. Its hard to see but it seems that you might have a book that the back slides off with little thumbscrews so you can remove pages and run them through a scanner to convert to a PDF book.

I have a borrowed copy of a factory workbook and I'd love to have it as a scanned PDF but mine has a conventional folio bound bookbinding and folding those flat to scan is hard on the binding so I'm holding off hoping to find a pdf version

Unfortunately it is a bound volume. That would make it much easier!

Thanks, Scott

I would definitely like a copy and would pay for one. Non destructive book scanning is available. It pricy, but if the file was shared among several people???

I haven't used either of the companies below, they are just what a google search revealed.

I know this sounds ridiculous but Iíll throw it out here anyways..

How about taking 300 pictures, one of each page. using a nice smart phone and getting it over with that way? Especially if no one else has it.

Tedious but will work perfectly if you ask me!

And that way itíll be immortal.

The "(500)" following the publication number probably indicates that 500 copies were printed, probably mostly for dealership/shop use.
