1969 GTV

Seller: Leaveitinthefield. Everyone should take a look at the sellers name and pause to reflect as you consider restoring an "only going up" or "rare find." Ran when parked. .

Triple happiness is a driveable Alfa that you enjoy as is and doesn't need a trip to the restoration shop. An Alfa you didn't sell when your "friend" or life partner said "why don't you sell that thing!?"

It's a fun hobby when you have the resources. Big sigh...

Boy, that's ambitious. "Nice restoration project" understates it by more magnitudes than I can count.
Did someone set off a fire extinguisher inside?

One heck of a risk ... plus so many parts required as the original are stuffed.

Won't know what you have bought until blasted ......

C'mon, it's a "nice restoration project". That's a labor of love.

Interesting to note how close this VIN is to other significant Alfa factory race cars.
Alas, this chassis was dealt another fate !

The seller also has listed the 2000 GTV sitting next to this car. Looking at it, I realize all the light-colored stuff in the interior is dried mud. These look like they went through one or more floods. See the trunk of the 2000.
