It was a very original car at the time & fantastic condition, mostly original but I'm pretty sure it had a quality freshen up of the paint in the '80's at some point. This didn't detract from it in any way however & is not hiding any sins. Lovely example.
The only upside to the story for me is that I did buy an equivalent '69 1750 GTV from that last same Australian owner with 38,000m original.

Vin - is this the car we had at the AROCA event at the Camberwell Town Hall all those years ago? It was magnificent, a real gem but maybe it was a slightly different colour.

Wow, amazing. Any more information would be really appreciated. I'd love to find this a good home.

Would it be possible to see a few photos of the engine? Also a few more of the undercarraige would be helpful as I am a serious collector wanting to ad another Super. I compare buying a car to that of a house. I first want to see the basement as this is more an indicator of the overall health/condition of the structure, freshly painted walls aside. Same for a vintage vehicle. Thank you. Jon

I agree with your buying tactic and I'll get you some detailed shots tomorrow. This car will not disappoint, it is stunning underneath.

Thanks
