OK .....correct 1971 serial number 1750 engine, transmission, intake manifold and Spica T237/2 FI unit are on their way......still looking for 71 GTV ........ Any help tracking down a car appreciated! Thank you.

Car has been found and purchased.

From the production registers held in the Centro Documentazione Alfa Romeo, the chassis number AR 1532659 originally corresponds to:

Alfa Romeo 1750 GT Veloce USA (105.51)
Production date: 1971, July 10th
Delivery date: 1971, July 12th
Market destination: Newark (USA)
Exterior color: Verde oliva metallizzato
Interior: Tessuto plastificato color cuoio cinghiale

Agreed.......not too many 71 1750 GTV USAs in that color that I am aware of. That fact alone made the the purchase decision easier. If that is your car, it is a beauty and gets me even more excited for the three year wait for restoration project to be completed.

my favorite color on the GTVs. I ended up with a 69 US in Cava Beige. Also very rare, just not as 60s period as that green. Exquisite.

Car has been stripped to the bone by APC, now at body shop. Body has been blasted, all body panels ordered, sprayed with zinc chromate ( bright green)
