It's really easy to rebuild, the tricky part was just finding the right size o-rings and shaft seal. Mine worked great for years after I replaced the seals.
In my example above the difference in pump price is over $300 so it was worth a little fabrication work to install a different readily available pump. It doesnít sound like thatís the case with the Milano. Mine never leaked at the pump, just at the rack.
