Gigi, it's interesting what you say about the rear brakes, because I need some Malo parts for rear brakes !

If you can save all the steel parts, you need just the "repair kit", that's include just only 2 parts.

These 2 parts are available at Malo, under AKRON brand (or MALO brand, I don't know). The reference are :

1 x 3008 => the piston seal
dimensions are : D=31,75 ; H=8 ; Diam = 1"1/4

1 x 3133 => the dust cover

We can find the parts here : cataloghi applicazioni universali

and after that, choose the "ricambi per cilindri freni e frizioni idrauliche.pdf", then in the search area, search for 3008 and 3133

But where can I buy them ?

But do you want necessarily Akron rubber parts?
There are more simply solutions to have a complete and correct kit.
I bought original girling kit(rear SP 2015 and front SP2051) but also available new complete kit at Northwestclassic Girling catalogue
Normally Akron piston seals are sold in Italian kart shop while dust cover is hard to find,not only,3133 has a different shape respect original girling dust cover...so pistons would work forced

Hi Gigi,

I don't have to buy Akron. In new parts sold by Afra.it (see picture), the rubbers parts are Akron with the references I gave.

Of course, original parts were Girling. I didn't know that there were kits with the exact dimensions we need. Again a good link Gigi.

I have the impression that you are the man of parts for 1900. If you ever see an ashtray or a bonnet opening handle that sleep on a shelf

the original code for dust cover is GIRLING 303009

I try to figure out what system is on the front of the radiator.

I can't find better picture and no info on the documentation.

Are these kinds of shutters for cooling ?

Ok!Here some links.

If you need new made in Italy master cylinder,front and rear wheel cylinder,water and oil pump repair kit or single parts kit for 1900,2000 ecc there is in Italy Golinelli.You must contact them and specify inside diameter.This factory produce these parts.

If you need to restore or rebuild ex novo your radiator see Epoca - Masolini Radiatori.This factory is specialized to produce radiators.
On my car the only part survived from the old radiator is the Ipra logo.

If you need a factory specialized to produce pistons,camshaft,valve ecc Sergio Allais

For clutch and its components Come s.r.l. - frizioni per auto - prodotti / servizi

Hello Gigi,

Agree with you on the service kit for Girling. I was just talking about each parts, not service kit. The numbers I gave are on the parts themselves.

For the rest, it's nice of you for all these info. But you arrive a little late, I have already redone or found these parts some time ago. Just the release bearing is actually the point.

Do you have an idea about the little "system" in front of the radiator (#post 186) ? Thank you.

Chrome for which 1900 ?

When I was looking for parts on the shelves, I came on this. A pair of chrome for the front grille coming from 1900.

But what model of 1900 it is ?

Some pictures maybe help.

Total lenght : 37,5 cm

No answers for the grille chrome ?

So we took a few days off, but back to work.

We tried to make a correct front face. Hard work We realise that the hood is not symmetrical and is 1.5 cm longer on its right than left length !! The gap says all.
