can i put aut tran in a alfa romeo 75 3.0 .

I can't guarantee it _won't_ work, but auto transmissions have been an option on the 75 from the factory. If you find someone who owns one, the block should be a direct fit for the 2.5L block. Maybe if you find a trashed A/T 75 you can get the mechanical bits involved. This may not be the answer you wanted.
