which gearbox and diff oil?

I have a question concerning which oils to use in gearbox and diff.

Alfaholics seem to use a 80W140 (!) in their racing cars, that is the only one they sell on their site.
Off corse different ondes voor the lsd and the gearbox.
Alfa uses another viscosity ...

So which do you use , or recommend in your racing alfa? (stepfront with 2 liter and short diff (8:41,8:43) and short 5th gear). And off course for racing purposes...

For the engine I choose between 10W60 and 15W60 full synthetic Millers Oil. Or Castrol RS 10W60.

I hope Max Banks will take the time to tell me which one and why in his opinion.
