Rotating caliper pistons

I'm installing new(re-manufactured) front calipers on my 83 Spider. I know the cut out portion of the piston needs to be oriented at the proper 20 degree angle but how do I rotate the piston? There's nothing to really grap on to. Do I need a special tool?
