Rusty brakes

Hello, I would like to unfreeze the calipers of my ATE brakes. But because of the rust, I don't know how to remove the pads. DO I have to push the little bar, starting from the smallest hole?(see the red line on the pic)

Hey Verstap:

Welcome to the board. You got it right. Start from the small hole with an auger and push those pins out. Might be easier to remove the caliper all together prior to doing this. They probably have to come off anyway. Two bolts on the backside to remove the caliper and of course the line.
