Stock steel wheel interchangeability

My alfetta sedan came with the stock 14" "telephone dial" steel wheels and sombrero hubcaps. The same wheel comes in a 15" version on the duetto's I believe. Will this 15" wheel interchange with my car?

I believe Alfetta wheel bolt pattern is 4x98mm same as Fiat Spider, X1/9 and Lancia Beta and Maserati BiTurbo which are also 13" or 14" size.

Duetto should be 4x108mm bolt pattern same as Alfa GTV and later Spiders.
