Steering squeal

More of a screech really, sounds as if it's coming from just behind the steering wheel under the console. It only occurs when the steering is under heavy load, such as when turning the wheel when parking. Is there a bearing or something around there that needs greasing or oiling?

Oh sorry the car is a Giulia Super with a burmann box filled with white grease.
