ATE Caliper Rebuild

Just wondering if anyone has replaced brake caliper pistons in 115 ATEs with stainless steel pistons. Anyone have a source for stainless pistons for this application?

bump...also wondering if there is a stainless steel piston option for these calipers. The rebuild is easy enough, but some nice pistons would help the cause a little bit!

You should be able to get ss pistons made. Check the ads in Hemmings. I got stainless pistons made for Triumph calipers, I think it was Apple Hydraulics in upstate NY. The brakes have been trouble free for four or five years and I remember the price as fairly reasonable. I actually had them rebuild the calipers; splitting them and installing new O rings as well as the usual seals.
