Pedal creep

Have pedal creep in Alfetta. It is intermittent though. The book says either the master cylendar or the servo. Any ideas on which one it may be? The fact that it some times goes away makes me think servo. If that makes since are those hard to rebuild, they shure are expensive to replace.
