WIDE 13 inch tires?

Trying to find some tires for the Lancia wide-body race car Jerry is working on. It currently has 235/50x13 on both ends. The fronts look good, but the rear wheels are (I think) 2 inches wider and the current tires don't look right. Using a tire size calculator, a 285/40x13 would be approximately the same diameter but 2 inches wider.

Any idea where or if tires of these 2 sizes are available? This car will be driven some on the street so no slicks.

I haven't seen new tires that wide in 13" for about 30 years (F1 cars used to use 13" wheels and tires) so unless Colker or someone has done "repros", you will probably have to go to 14" wheels.
