I just sold a couple of them to Milano Spares in Melbourne. Give them a call and speak to Marc. Thay ain't cheap, but the two I sold them were apparently the last two available from Alfa Romeo anywhere in the world.

The hole in the axle tube does not look good. Easy thing for a fatigue crack to propogate and fail. Already looks like a horizontal crack towad the right.

Had a poke around this AM but if I do have them, unfortunately I couldn't find them. I'll keep an eye out for them though.
Sorry.

In the photo above, there appears to be a triangular hole with a bent lower lip to the right and below the tail end of your red arrow!
Camera angle is tricky though. Looking closely it could also be a bracket welded on the tube, with the shadow of the bracket looking like a hole.

That's the spot where the limit strap wraps around.

Hi,
No hole, no cracks, it must have been the camera angle or shadow. Mind you, it had a lot of diff oil all over it due to worn seals, not mention all the soil stuck to the oil, I had to sweep every five minutes. By the time I took the brakes, spring, shock and diff out, I had enough soil for a pot plant
Check out the diff oil sprayed under the body. Also included is my first, home made Alfa tool for extracting the axles.

Hi Mullet,
With a hammer i just tapped the end bet that sticks upwards a few time and voila it came out. Just be care full putting it back in, it is hard to explain so i will include some pictures that will help you when you put it back in. See at the end you have to lift the axle so goes through the lip at the end. If you want more close up picture let me know.
