ATE Caliper Pistons

First off, thanks to everyone who takes the time to record their fantastic projects on Alfabb. As I am underway with a small project on my '74 2000GTV many of the photos and comments posted have saved me a huge amount of work.
But now I have a question to ask, where can I get hold of replacement pistons for my ATE calipers. The current ones are pretty rusted on the front end and the hard chrome is starting to fail on the OD. I have looked on Alfaholics, Classic Alfa and IAP but don't see a listing for the pistons, am I missing something? Alternatively I am luck enough to run an engineering company with reasonable CNC machining capabilities. If I were to remanufacture some myself has anyone done this before and if so what material did you use.
