I don't have a good high-res photo of the Spider's rims, which is too bad as they're kind of interesting. Here's a cellphone shot:
What's interesting: I've only seen photos of these wheels, I've never seen them on another car in person. They're made by Stil-Auto, and either they're style "MI" or they're made in Milano, I haven't done the research to determine which. I DO know that the one in the picture is dated May 1974, while the others are dated 1971, so they're "period correct" for my 1974 Spider. I acquired these rims on the 1967 GT Junior I used to own. They apparently have some corrosion in the bead area, as the LF and RR tires lose a couple of pounds of air a week. GRM recently posted a technique for taking care of this by using 3M Scotchbrite and a degreasing cleaner to scour the bead area and remove the corrosion.
The Berlina currently has Turbinas, and I've got no shots of them, either. Phooey. :-)
Kim's Milano has what I think of as the standard Milano alloys, with the raised centre disc and cooling holes around the periphery. I will have to take some photos of this car to show just how awful some of the paint is before we tackle it...

Breast Augmentation:
New summer wheel combo - MB Wheels "Mesh X" in 16x7/38 (5x100), shod with Sumitomo HTR-Z in 225/45-16. Was worried about fit at first, but as you can see, they work pretty darn well! The key to getting them to fit are in the hubcentric rings and "wobble" nuts (variation nuts).

Ring Dimensions (67mm od--> 58.6mm id). Both supplied by Charlie DiMarco at Serpent Autosport (yeah, yeah - I've put his site up a few times, what can I say? Great guy to do business with & his rings fit friggin' purrfect!)
Anyhow, this style of wheel looks pretty nice on my car. I would imagine they would look sharp on a Milano as well. Maybe even better!
Silver spokes and polished lip definitely pop on a dark car. I guesstimate they're around 16lbs. They were quite reasonably priced too! Discount Tire Direct

I had tried to get 205/50's for the front but the Tirerack didn't have them in stock, so 225's all around - with 38mm pos offset, I lost 6mm backspacing, so may have to avoid U-turns for a while (full lock turns). I'll report back later on that. Here's a useful online offset calculator 1010Tires Wheel Offset Calculator
Point being, it's very hard to find wheels in PCD 5x98. And when you do, there's not much to choose from. So, with the help of some key Wheel Accessories, 5x100 works quite well (and lots of styles to choose from)! most importantly are safe when properly done. You don't want to do this without hubcentric centering rings. Wheel studs are not designed to carry the weight of the vehicle.
Oh, one more thing. Because the new lugnuts will be offcenter, your X-bar or factory Alfa lug-nut wrench may not fit all the way in the well anymore. I went out and bought a deep thin-walled 19mm socket for my 1/2" breaker bar to torque 'em down the last bit with. Wouldn't want to mar that new finish now would we?

Looks good ToonR. Going to 5x100 gives almost unlimited choice! Those wheels suit the car well. Any chance of a full side on or 3/4 shot?

Unfortunately, summer's all but gone & rainy season is here. So the BWA's are back on. I'll probably take some full shots in a better setting in the Fall when the leaves turn & get her off the crumbling car port By then, I'll have the new rear exhaust on as well .

Ford wheels
I have Ford Mustang 15 x 7 with 22.4 mm offset , 10 hole design from late 80s. Tires are 205 60 15. Have not seen any other pictures of ford wheels? My favorite so far is 15 x7 minilite replicas or the new 15 x7 gta replicas. Brad Fischer

American Racing Wheels
Here is my 74 spider with American Racing wheels that are 7 x 15. I bought these many years ago for Ford Mustang 4 bolt applications.

I have the exact same wheels on my 69 GTV. I imported it from Europe, where these wheels are more common
