Paradiso, Great looking spider. What size tires are on your car? How about clearance issues? Do they rub?

Thanks. The folks at Pininfarina deserve the credit. Also she photographs well, but doesn't lack for blemishes, especially the interior.
The tires are Yokohama avs es 100 - 205/50 - 16
The wheels have a 40 mm offset and, on the rear, they miss rubbing on the INSIDE by only a slight bit. Definitely recommend a 30 mm offset or so.
The only issue is that the fronts will rub on the castor arm if the wheel is turned to full lock on either side. I've just installed adjustable upper control arms and need to get an alignment this week. Perhaps that issue can be addressed. Otherwise no rubbing.

So what you are saying is that except for the rubbing, there are no rubbing problems?
Heheheheh

Precisely!
Seriously, if I had to take a BFH to the fenders or if the tires were rubbing continuously while driving, that's RUBBING. I just never cut the wheel to full lock and there's no problem.
I'd prefer it otherwise and perhaps, with an alignment, it can be addressed.

My 75 spider project is running Australian made 14x6 Bathurst globes, these were common on lotus cortinas and rally escorts here in NZ.

Nice rims! I'd like to see a close up shot of one of them.
I used to own a black Spider. If that's your project Spider, which looks sweet, is that yellow Spider your donor car?

I like those rims! Looks similar to the common Daytona, but I dig the polished aluminum and dark gray.
Post more pictures of your Spider in the Photo Gallery, peferably outdoors on a sunny day. She looks great.
On project #2, I thought that windshield rake looked too steep for a Spider.
Here's a shot of the black (lowely '81) Spider I used to own. A little off-topic, but it shows the OG Turbinas.
