Some of the 'outstanding threads' end up as '
sticky'.
Instead of that, how about a
'Best of' area?
Volunteer's could search and locate the '
meatiest' threads with the
'best of' the recommendations. Perhaps an
editor could even trim the thread information into a simple Q and A form with only the relevent info, still maintaining links to the full version.
It could end up in
.pdf or
book form.
It could be a
primer for new owners, and a
reference for the rest.
It would save loads of time for some and get some of the '
gems' back in the spotlight.
