searching frustration

The requirement that all the search terms have to have more than 3 letters is remarkably frustrating! All sorts of important stuff doesn't meet that requirement:

There has been several threads about this vary topic. And the requirement is not "more than" 3 characters, it's "at least" 3 characters. If what you are looking for only has 2 letters, like "GT", just put the wildcard character at either end, like "*GT" or "GT*".
