I have belonged to several organizations (amatuer radio) where we proudly wore our call signs at various events. In ham radio, our call signs are more important than our name if you are into DX'ing and contesting.
My I suggest that someone look into getting some type of plastic enscribed name badge, with our real first name and AlfaBB name imprinted on them, so we can wear them to events. Have a nice color besides red and AlfaBB.com on it some where. I would think you could have a nice enscribed badge for under $10 and a couple of the dollars going to support the BB!
If you get 500 made you can get the costs down to around $5 each. Here is one suggestion:
