If you mess around a bit in the different parts of the BB, you should quickly find good IDs on all production Alfas pretty quickly.

I'll get you started with the most important model though, 105.45. 1750 Gt Veloce, series 1!! 1967-69

Hi scout159, welcome to AlfaBB.

There are several other sites on the Internet that provide model specific information with pictures (e.g. conceptcars and barchetta).

If you're interested in classic Alfas from the 1950-80 area, I can warmly recommend a copy of Pat Braden's Alfa Romeo Owner's Bible. If you're hands-on, you may also want to get his Alfa Romeo All-Alloy Twin Cam Companion book.

"Alphas" we don't have -- just Alfas.

The largest event is the national convention of http://www.aroc-usa.org which will be held this year from August 1 through August 5 in Detroit, see http://www.motorcityalfa2007.org
