Question Turning off pics in signatures

Ok, I'm getting tired of the posts that are huge, but only have one line of text. Particular if someone posts many short messages in a thread but have this huge pic in their signature. I respect their desire to include such pic/graphic in every single post, but I would like to ignore it during my viewing.
Is it possible to turn off the displaying of pictures in signatures? Or, is it possible to introduce such a feature?
Jes

Hey, that works, I don't see any signatures anymore. But I like seeing them, so I'm turning the option back on.

Thanks lowmileage! How about only the graphical part of the signature? Like gifford I often find the text part of the signature informative, while the graphical part of signatures most often is just clutter to me.

Does my signature irritate you?? It has words too

Is the problem the amount of screen space that sigs take up or just waiting for them to load?

No, it does not. It is indeed quite nice However, there are some that dilute the information rate significantly.

I scaled mine down from over 15 cars to just the ones I have and the recently sold ones. I hope this helps some?

Lenard, you might want to go horizontally to save space?

Did you try politely asking the person to remove or make a smaller signature picture?
