this site spams too much

i am subscribed to about every thread i ever posted in, also that frapperteam stuff. i cannot unsubscribe, possibly because i am working with mac.

it's really annoying

You have full controll of your subscriptions via the "userCP" link near the top left of each page then proceed to the "edit options" on the left side of the page.

Or you can simply click on this link.

What you are looking for is the "Default Thread Subscription Mode" where you can make the change on how or if you are notified about new postings.

Also wanted to let you know we are not affiliated with frapper other then having a page on their site. You will probably have similar settings that you should review over there. I have been signed up on the AlfaBB page there and can't ever remember getting any email other then the original confirmation email when I signed up.

Simons instructions should work. I have my Mac set up that way now and it works.

I gave it a closer look and at the moment it is set to "no email notification" though the post above this one generated a message.

it's a curse isn't it
