jazig.k is on a distinguished road. whats this square mean?

hi. iv recently noticed this little green square, but whats it for? for some ppl it says 'thier off the scale' or on a 'distinguished road' (spelling will be wrong i bet).
i didnt know where to post this Q either so i thought this would be the best spot.

There was a discussion on this on a previous thread. In the "Everything about Alfas and the bb" forum, around the end of last month. No answer or explaination was ever given...so your guess is as good as mine!

If you click on the small scale icon in the upper right hand corner of a post that you have submitted, you will see your "reputation points". If you set your arrow or click on the green square, you will see if you are "on a distinguished road" or "off the scale". If you click on the scale of others posts, you can add or subtract from that persons reputation, but cannot view their points. However, if you set your arrow or click on others green square, again, you will see if they are "on a distinguished road" or "off the scale". If you look at the posts on in the "everything about Alfas and the bb" forum, and go to the thread "Reputation" from the end of last month, you will see other comments on the subject. So the question is: What does it all mean??

so the rep thing just shows who leaves good posts and who doesnt leave so many good posts?
Eg.1
Elmo left a post, Big Bird liked what elmo had to say on the topic or thought it to be helpful, so Big Bird left a positive comment.
Eg.2
Oscar The Grouch left a post that Snuffel-uffl-gus didnt like, so Snuff' left a negitive comment.

so this works just like the ebay feedback? green square means a good person (post wise) and a red means not so good, like the stars? if so, why not incorperate the % so we can see what % liked the persons posts and didnt?
