Question Printer-friendly format?

Being mindful of the info that was apparently lost a while back when the server failed, or something, and seeing as there must be well over 100 threads that are on my favorites list, would it be possible to set up a printer-friendly option? Such as cutting out everything to a bare text format, maybe with the option of including pictures that would be useful for reference to messages, especially when a technical point is being discussed? Could certain pictures be selected for inclusion in the printed document, while others are left out if they add nothing?

It might be nice to build up a personal folder full of the great things that have been listed in here, but without all the trimmings!

There is an option under the "Thread Tools" link that allows one to view a printer friendly version of a thread. I'm not a 100% sure but I do think that there is also a user option that you can set to either view or not view images but nothing with the option to select individual ones.

I must say that it can get a bit tedious and overwhelming to always be printing threads from the site especially if there have been new posts to it. Might I suggest that you select "subscribe" under the "thread tools" link for threads that you want to keep track of. Then from the "user CP" link you can manage those subscriptions (email notifications of updates, etc...) and keep a listing of your favorite ones. The site has a bunch of great options if you poke around. I hope this helps.
