Sluggish starting....advice please

I had my '91 in for top and upholstery change and coincidentally, after I got it back it starts with slower, weaker cranks. Battery indicator show strong when running and on start-up.
New Optima battery last year.
New ignition switch last June 06
Rebuilt starter last October.
Rewired starter system last October too.
Since then strong quick cranks.

It still starts now but cranks are weaker (3-5 turns), and feels like if taxed, may not have enough to start.

Connections, relay loose?

I'm guessing here but it is likely that the doors were open for a long while during the top installation & upholstry work - leaving the interior lights on & partially draining the battery.

Have you tried cleaning the battery cable connections and the ground strap's connection to the body? And the + cable's connection to the starter motor? (do that while the battery is disconnected)
