Series 2 wiring diagram...

Where would one (me) find one?

I'm trying to eliminate my lighting gremlins and a diagram would be a great help!

You want to go to the Electrical forum here on the BB. At the top of that forum page is a subforum for electrical diagrams. Do some digging in there and you'll probably find it.

On a related note, where is the switch for the hand brake indicator located?

in my 74, the handbrake switch is in the mechanism between the seats.
