1988 Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio - How Many Produced?

Does anyone know where I can find official information for how many 1988 Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio's were made? If you know, please let me know... Is their an official release or Alfa company phone number to get this info and if you have a link to some official documentation that would be great. I need it to apply for "collectors" insurance.

I don't know how many 88 quads were made or if Alfa even kept records of that, but I do know that if my insurance company said they needed me to find that info, I would find a different insurance company.

According to Wikipedia (Alfa Romeo Spider - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) only 4,090 Spiders produced. Doesn't break out quads.

Total 86 to 89, 2598 Quadrifoglio Spiders were made in LHD (Left Hand Drive) most were USA 50 state version.
