Chrome side mirrors

Hello, does anyone know of chrome side view mirrors that cover the original holes on my 85 Spider? thanks

Or are you talking something aftermarket?

If aftermarket, pretty much anything 'universal mount' that you pick up at a parts store will do the job. (better hope you got the right screws though, 'cause they for darn sure won't come with the kit)

If your '85 Spider is a Graduate edition, then those are OEM for that model. The '85 Graduate is the only series 3 Spider that came with those mirrors. (Other post-1982 Spiders came with one of the three versions of remote mirrors.) The chrome mirrors were originally OEM on late series 2 Spiders (which ended in 1982), but they will fit the doors of any late series Spider.

Originally I had the big black plastic ones but I thought they were ugly and so I replaced them with the chrome ones. But I have to add that the plastic frame which goes along the chrome mirror outside is going to break after about 5 years because it is just not the best quality and so far I have heard there are non that don`t have these "symptoms".
