SERPENT AUTOSPORT Accessories
Scroll down to the 4th type. Just guessing, though, as you didn't say which wheels you've got. I bought mine locally at the local PepBoys for about the same price, made by Mr. LugNut.

Try Welcome to International Auto Parts, or perhaps a local tire/wheel shop.

I have a few used ones. How many do you need?

If you're not looking for an Alfa specific nut, you're local autoparts stores have piles of them on the shelf in sets that have all sorts of shapes, sizes and coatings, from ultra generic raw steel through chrome and locking types for way less $$ than that.
I don't recall the specific thread pitch right now, but it was in the 12.Xmm range.
All you really need do is ensure that the cone shape on the end that butts up against the wheel is the proper type/shape.
Of course the funny ones with the shoulder that holds certain centercaps on is quite a bit harder to find, but if one had access to a lathe and some washers.......

Spider lugs are 12 X 1.5 thread. I just got a set at Autozone. They are made by Dorman and are spline drive, chrome acorn nuts. They use a special socket, which is included, and acts as a lock as well. Dorman part number is 711-355, about $30 for the set. Check the Autozone web site - I think there is a picture. -Steve (in Fountain Hills!)

Er, well, I do all my own work, on the Alfa and my 328 Ferrari. Not sure where other folks go.

Try Walmart. I bought a set of 16, (4 packs of 4) for approx $1.00 apiece. Local autozone wanted $4.00 apiece for the same ones
