Third Brake Light

A picture posted recently on ARspider.com shows a third brake light that I assume all the US S4 spiders came with.

The European Spec cars never came with this, but I really like it, & would like to put one on my S4, anyone know the part number or where I could get one to get shipped to the UK ?

I think there is a seller on eBay that put the 3rd brake light on sale all the time. It is listed as UNKNOWN part (3rd brake light) for Alfa Romeo (Genuine parts) which I am quite sure is the one that you're looking for.
