Valve springs

I need some new valve springs for my 1990 spider and IAP only seems to sell high-rev springs. Anyone know where I can get some online?

Try Alfa Parts in Berkely, they stock all kinds of OEM parts and are an official Alfa parts reseller, they should have what you need, here is there number (510) 525-9435

Truth be told, there's absolutely nothing wrong with going redundant on valve springs unless there's concern about the seats or the like, in which case you've got other problems to begin with.
