Towing

What is the correct way to tow a Spider...I know flatbed, but where do you put the hooks on the car to safely pull it up?

Not that I want to admit that my Spider has ever been towed

, typically I've seen them connect to the lower A-arms. Just make sure they have some wood blocks to change the approach angle to the bed, otherwise the front valance panel may hit the bed.
