78 Spider Veloce question

Can anyone tell me where the horn wire enters the steering column from the back end? I am replacing the column switches and in doing so disconnected the horn wire at the steering wheel and column. The wire inside the column does not budge and the wire with steering wheel just won't make it in. Any suggestions? Thanks

"Back end" as in from the engine bay end of things?

It should be coming right out the center of the steering column down by the steering gearbox near the exhaust manifold, then have a connector somewhere near to that which you can undo and get some slack back up into the steering wheel end of things.
