Seat sliding rails

Any idea where can I get some replacements?Is it possible to replace them with another car's?Has it been done before?

Thanks for the pointer,I was thinking of replacing them with "new" ones.All the sliders I have seen so far are well used.Has anyone here replaced theirs?
The previous owner must have had various drivers because the tracks are well worn.

There's probably no reason why you can't. The mount hole spacing probably didn't change over the years. The seat pans changed a bit, but their mount hole spacing probably did not.
