Fuel pump runs when batt connected

Without the ignition on, but with battery connected fuel pump active...is it a relay that controls the power from ignition to pump or battery to ignition to pump?

Relay that connects the battery to the pump but activated by ignition pulses.

Check the link in my sig and look for the section that refers to the drive and main relay.
