What do you call this part?

I am calling it the lower valance. I am trying to replace the lowest peice in the front of the car that, for lack of a better phrase, looks like ground effects. If this is the lower valance I am still looking for one that will fit my 88spyder. I will check with the normal suppliers to see if this is what they call it!
