Just need to get it started...

A couple weeks ago, I had my Spider out. She's been sitting in the garage for the winter. It started right up! Drove great. Then, a couple hours later, it wouldn't start...cranks strong, but that's it.

I changed the spark plugs...no change.

How can I tell if it's getting fuel?

Any suggestions?

One way to check for fuel is to crank it then remove a spark plug. If it smells of gasoline &/or looks wet, it is likely getting fuel.

Check the L-jet Spider Diagnosis page - link below - for lots of info about the ignition & fuel injection system.

Check the ground...easy to do...using jumper cable ground the engine to a bare metail spot on the chassis in the engine compartment...crank...if it starts the braded ground connection underneath the car from you bell housing to the chassis has gone bad. Sounds odd but the majority of problems with these cars are grounding related. Good luck.
